I know, I know, new year's resolutions are so overrated! I don't usually do them but I decided I will have one this year. I really want to work on getting my pre-pregnancy body back. I know it's been only two months since I had baby Z but this is really important to me. I feel like if I get my body confidence back, I will feel so much happier. I also want to start working out again since I always feel more energized when I do.
But, with two kids, I know finding the time to work out is going to be a challenge. So I will start with the easy to do one. My favorite plank workout. I have tried doing "plank-a-day" challenge before and it did help toned my tummy. Hopefully this time, it will help too!
