I confess, I did not do the whole 28-day fitness challenge I posted for January this year. I religiously did it for more than 2 weeks then I started skipping every other day. But, the day I don't do my workout, I would go for a 30-minute walk. The good thing is, I kept on exercising even though I did not follow my plan to the T. So now, I decided to try and do better for February. I did see and feel a little bit of difference as a result for my working out again. Hopefully, I can really do better this month. Slowly but surely, I will get to my fitness goal this year.
