After over a year, I finally got back to meal prepping. I figured it will help me reach my weight loss goal if I meal prep again. Nothing too fancy or too strict, just my regular simple meals. I always find it very convenient and beneficial to my goals. I don't have to eat just anything I can find and I don't have to worry what to eat for the next few days. I usually eat my prepped meals for dinner each day. For this batch I made baked sweet potatoes, steamed broccoli and cauliflower, and honey-sesame chicken. Easy peasy, yummy, and very healthy.
